Whilst we know you’ll have lots of great things to recommend about the Hamilton
Family Dental; we’re offering a 5% discount off treatments for their first treatment
plan, following their first dental examination appointment.
Remember that we still have a low-cost $69 – new patient full mouth exam x-rays.
How to Claim
Just recommend us to your friends and ensure that they write down your name in the
‘Referral Source’ field when they fill out their patient’s detail form. We’ll then add the
discount to your account and their account.

Terms & Conditions
General
- Referral bonuses can be used for appointments at Hamilton Family Dental only.
- Your friend must be new patients to the Hamilton Family Dental.
- Referral bonuses must be used within 12 months of being acquired.
- Bonuses may not be used on store products and merchandise e.g. toothbrushes and dental floss.
- Referral bonuses are only valid for patients referred from when this programme began (01 Jan 2023).
- Whilst we don’t plan to, Hamilton Family reserve the right to decline referral bonuses.
- Failure to attend appointments (providing less than 24 hours notice) will nullify any referral bonuses accumulated.
- Referal bonuses cannot be redeemed for their value in cash. Bonuses are added to your account at Hamilton Family Dental. No physical voucher is necessary.
*If you refer a friend:
- The $15 referral bonuses cannot be used in conjunction with other offers/discounts.
- You will only gain one referral bonus for multiple members of the same household visiting us.
- The $15referral bonus is stackable. i.e. referring two households = $30, referring three households = $45.
**If you are referred by a friend:
- The 5% treatment discount cannot be used in conjunction with other offers/discounts.
- The 5% treatment discount can be redeemed for all dental treatments only that the Hamilton Family Dental offers.
